On Saturday the 4th of October, Cycle Against Suicide are hosting the Galway leg of their mental health awareness cycle. This community event is an opportunity for men and women of all ages to come together in support of mental health and wellbeing.

It's a 39km cycle that will start and finish at Oranmore Community Centre. The cost to take part is just €22 and you can find full details including start/finish times, what's included etc. in the graphic above.
