Since opening our new 4G Astro Pitch at Chubb Renville Gaelic Grounds the previous weekend, we have had a number of firsts over the last week or so – see below some pictures from the first week of use of this fabulous facility. 

By the time we have finished Phase I next year (when Pitch No. 2 is completed), we will have invested €5m in this state-of-the-art facility with further investments planned in the short term, including the development of the lit walkways around the site (Phase II) and Dressing Room Building, floodlights on Pitch No. 2 and ballwall with integrated storage sheds (all likely to be included in Phase III). 

The work to date and the future short term investments will leave us with a substantial bank loan of up to €800,000 and therefore income generation from the facility will be vital.  Currently we are offering Premium Sponsorship packages to businesses, which includes pitch side advertising on the main grass pitch (No. 1) and the 4G Astro pitch, plus other promotional activities.  If your business would be interested in becoming a Premium Sponsor or if you know of any companies that might be interested, please contact Frank Lohan on 087 6173241 or email renvillesportsground@gmail.com.
